What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at noon.
Do we have on-site parking? What does it cost?
We do have on-site parking. Every room is provided one complimentary parking space. We require all vehicles to be registered with the front desk.
Are you pet friendly?
No, we are not pet friendly. We do accept service animals. Any pets or pet damages found in rooms will be assessed a pet fee of $200 or more.
Do we offer internet?
Yes, there is property-wide complimentary wi-fi. We also have the option for wired internet with use of an ethernet cord in each room.
Do we have a restaurant?
No, we do not have an on-site restaurant, but there are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We also have a complimentary hot breakfast served every morning.
Do you allow smoking?
All of our rooms and common areas are non-smoking. Guests smoking in or near rooms will be assessed a fine of at least $200. Guests who must smoke can do so in the designated smoking area, located away from the buildings.
Do you have a fitness center?
We have an on-site fitness center that is open from 5am-11pm and has access through the lobby. You can use the weight machine, ellipticals, spin and stationary bikes and treadmills to get your exercise for the day, just steps away from your room.
Do you have a business center?
We have an on-site business center with access through the lobby. There are computers with internet access for use by our guests from 5am-11pm daily. Free printing for small jobs is also available.
What does your breakfast include?
Our bountiful hot breakfast includes hot and cold cereals, a build-your-own yogurt bar, hard boiled eggs, pastries, bagels and toast, hot omelets or frittatas, bacon or sausage, and hot fresh made pancakes with toppings. Also included are juices, teas, and specialty coffees. Dairy-free and gluten-free options are also available upon request.
Is your pool heated?
Yes, our pool is heated 365 days a year to a cozy 84 degrees.
Do you offer room service?
We do not have an on-site restaurant for room service, but we do offer ordering from a local restaurant delivery service called “Order Inn” for in-room food delivery.
Can we have a rollaway bed in our room?
Rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in our standard rooms for fire safety purposes. They are allowed in our suites at a per night fee. All King rooms and Suites include a full size sleeper sofa.
Do you have an early departure fee?
We may have early departure fees depending on the terms of each reservation. Some reservations will allow for early departure fee waivers if 24 hours notice has been given to the front desk.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each reservation may have a unique cancellation policy. Most reservations are allowed a 24 hour cancellation policy. Other reservations may have a 72 hour cancellation, a 30 day cancellation or may even be a full-pay non-cancellable reservation. Please refer to your original booking confirmation for the terms of your individual reservation.
Do you have special group rates?
Groups of 7 or more rooms may receive special rates if booked through our Sales department. Please call the hotel direct to receive your special rate quote.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diner’s cards at check-in. We do not accept check or cash at check-in. Cash may be paid at check-out only after the room, tax and deposit have been guaranteed by a credit card at check-in.
Do you have laundry service?
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available for our guests in the guest laundry accessible through the lobby. Same-day dry cleaning services are available six days per week.
